Disassembly and Inspection
The engine is completely disassembled to identify areas needing repair or replacement, evaluate tolerances, and assess the condition of components.
Machining and Rebuilding
Components like cylinders and pistons may be bored, honed, or machined to exact tolerances for increased performance. Bearings and seals are replaced with high-quality OEM parts.
Component Upgrades
High-performance components like camshafts, pistons, cylinder heads, and throttle bodies can be installed to enhance performance. We recommend Screaming Eagle and Trask Performance products for the majority of our stage kits and turbo kits.
Tuning and Calibration
The engine is tuned and calibrated, often with a dyno tune, to optimize airflow, fuel delivery, and ignition timing for maximum performance. We can tune Screaming Eagle , ThunderMax, Dynojet Products, MaxECU, Motec, Haltech, Viper, Link and Emtron. We do not tune TTS or Vance & Hines fuel pack due to limited product support.
Reassembly and Testing
The engine is carefully reassembled and tested to ensure proper function and performance.
