"My experience at Mayer Harley Davidson was extremely wonderfull. I was in and out several times with questions and not once was I pressured into buying a bike. Jim was awesome and very laid back answering all of our questions with humor and caring. The girls in the clothing department are always happy to see us and the first ones to say Hi when we walk through the doors, of course they are right next to the door. But, not all business's are quick to say Hey. My wife and I love stopping in to see all the clothes, the bikes, the accessories, the staff and of course the free coffee is always on!"

"Our '08 Screamin Eagle Road King had the starter clutch sub assembly leave us stranded in Sedona, June 4th. Road side assistance got us and the bike to Bellemont about 7:30 p.m. I had called the dealership before closing hours to let them know we were headed that way. Kyle told us where to leave the bike and what accomodations were availabe in the vicinity. We arrived the next morning ( by taxi) and Kyle immediately rolled the bike into the service department and began the paperwork. The new part was available in the parts department and the work began. Plenty of fresh coffee was available for us while we waited and everyone in the dealership was more then courteous to us as we waited. It's too bad that all HD dealerships can't operate like the one in Bellemont, AZ. Thanks to tech Steve and everyone else that made us feel so comfortable. Carole & Doug De."
